2007 Awards Competition
ENTRY DEADLINE EXTENDED TO JUNE 21, 2007

Thank you for your interest in the 2007 CIPA Competition.

A CIPA award constitutes the highest form of recognition for an organization's outstanding achievements in the strategic use of innovative information technology solutions. Winning an award signifies that you have achieved excellence among your peers for a solution that exhibits exceptional innovation or demonstrates dramatic results in the areas of efficiency and operations, organizational transformation, collaboration or customer centricity.

The CIPA contest is open to receive entries from March 1 to June 21, 2007. Note that this is a new entry deadline date extended from the previously posted May 29 date.

The documents below have been modified solely to reflect the new June 21 date. If you have already begun entering your information into the previous entry form, you should continue to use that form for your submission. If you have not begun to enter data into the previous entry form, you should download the new forms below and submit using them.

Be aware that although you have more time to complete and submit your entry, all parts of your entry are now due delivered at the CIPA office by 5:00pm, June 21, 2007. There is no allowance for acceptance of entry materials after the June 21 deadline.

The following documents can be downloaded to assist your entry in CIPA 2007 and should be reviewed by all parties considering entry to the competition:

Note - re: Entry to CIPA:
As the CIPA National Judging Panel consists of judges drawn from every province across Canada, the majority of CIPA judges are not bilingual. Consequently, entry to the CIPA competition must be made in the English language utilizing the English language Entry and Entry release forms.

Étant donné que les membres du jury proviennent de toutes les provinces du Canada, la majorité des juges du CIPA ne sont pas bilingues. Par conséquent, les candidats doivent présenter leur candidature en langue anglaise et utiliser la version anglaise des formulaires de mise en candidature et d'autorisation.

Entrant Pre-Registration:

Don't forget to EMAIL TODAY the full contact information of one executive in your organization to entrantpreregistration@cipa.ca to communicate your intention to compete (even if that decision is not yet final). This will reserve your organization a place in the competition and ensure you receive all CIPA contest communications and changes notifications.
