How to Enter:
Official RulesThere is no entry fee to enter the CIPA competition. All entries announced as Finalists for the CIPA competition are assured of receiving a Finalist award of significant achievement at the Gala. Finalist award recipients are also candidates competing for CIPA awards of excellence at the Gala. Consequently, as a condition of entrance all Finalists agree to send a minimum of one representative from their organization to the November Gala to participate in the awards celebration. If a Finalist organization is unable to comply due to internal policy, lack of funding or other circumstance, please contact CIPA management at least three weeks prior to the Gala for resolution. The CIPA mission is to support the growth of innovation and excellence for organizations in Canada, through raising awareness of their achievements. The goal is to encourage other organizations to emulate these highly productive best practices that make our organizations more competitive and successful. The CIPA Gala serves as the principal showcase for achievements in excellence. It is important that winning organizations attend and participate at the Gala to support that achievement. The intent of the participation requirement is to ensure that the significant investment, resources and efforts expended by CIPA management and CIPA industry partners in the creation and operation of the CIPA program delivers a successful outcome. CIPA charges no entry fee to the contest and bears all operational and promotional expense through sponsors' support and activities. If the commitment to attend the Gala presents an obstacle to participation, those affected organizations should contact Norm Kirkpatrick (nkirk@attglobal.net) for resolution.
