Overview The CNC Global Connect® Suite includes Virtual Bench®, OneSource®, JAD, Web Timesheets and several other modules which together manage all customer, candidate, sales person and human resource activities for the company. Objectives
Summary Description CNC Global Connect®, initially an applicant tracking system, now manages 1) job postings from CNC Global's customers, 2) resumes from candidates, 3) the matching of candidates to jobs by the company's human resource managers, and 4) all aspects of applicant management and workflow from initial contact to placement, including the tracking of notes, email messaging, contact and calendar management and skills inventory management. Virtual Bench® adds a customer self serve capability to this technology, while CNC Global's OneSource® allows the company to provide complete business process outsourcing capabilities for staffing needs, including the management of staffing vendors. In addition, JAD, a job board neutral posting engine developed in-house, posts jobs to any job board. CNC Global's proprietary web timesheet system provides easy workflow control and time approval for its customers, resulting in increased efficiency and cost savings for both customers and CNC Global. CNC Global is recognized as an industry leader in both customer and IT staffing outsourcing in Canada.
