CIO Canada to Announce CIO of the Year

CIO Canada magazine will announce this year's winner of the CIO of The Year award at the CIPA Gala Banquet on Wednesday, November 1, at the Westin Harbour Castle Conference Centre in Toronto.

The high-prestige award is given to the CIO who, in the opinion of CIO Canada and CIPA judges, has best demonstrated CIO expertise in the successful implementation of an Award of Excellence-winning IT project in the CIPA competition.

CIPA and CIO Canada management will present the CIO of the Year award, as well as Award of Excellence from the 2006 competition, before a national black-tie audience of Canadian CIOs, IT industry CEO/CXO executives and IT users drawn from all sectors of the economy.
