TORONTO - October 23, 2006 - The Canadian Information Productivity Awards (CIPA) is continuing its public relations partnership with High Road Communications for another year, thanks to the outstanding results High Road achieved in helping the organization meet its PR objectives during a year-long agency-of-record agreement in 2005.
